Simone Biles, Brooks Nader and More Stars Who've Detailed Their Plastic Surgeries

Celebrities like Simone Biles and Brooks Nader are openly discussing their plastic surgeries, revealing procedures such as breast augmentations and nose jobs amid industry pressures. The article compiles accounts from various stars, highlighting trends in transparency and regrets to provide context on evolving beauty standards.

In an era where transparency about personal enhancements is becoming more common among celebrities, Olympic gymnast Simone Biles has joined a growing list of stars openly discussing their plastic surgery experiences. Biles, the 27-year-old decorated athlete who recently competed in the Paris Olympics, revealed in an October 30 TikTok video that she has undergone three procedures, emphasizing that two of them are subtle enough to go unnoticed. This candid admission highlights a shift in Hollywood and beyond, where figures like model Brooks Nader are also sharing detailed accounts of their cosmetic work, sparking conversations about beauty standards and honesty in the public eye.

Biles, known for her record-breaking achievements in gymnastics, including seven Olympic gold medals, provided specifics in the comments of her TikTok post. She hinted at a breast augmentation using a cherries emoji and elaborated on a lower blepharoplasty to address what she described as 'THE WORST eye bags.' Additionally, she mentioned repairs to her ear lobe after an earring was ripped out during her younger years. According to the E! Online report published on the same day, Biles' revelations come amid a broader trend of celebrities demystifying plastic surgery.

Model Brooks Nader, who rose to fame through Sports Illustrated and her appearances on Dancing with the Stars, has been equally forthcoming. In a recent interview with Bustle, Nader, 27, listed several procedures including a nose job, veneers, injectables from salmon sperm facials, and a 'Nefertiti' Botox neck lift. She attributed her decisions to the demanding beauty standards in the modeling industry. 'If I didn’t get a job, I would say to [my old agency], 'Can we get feedback from the client?'' Nader recalled. 'The direct feedback was I needed to lose 30 pounds. I didn’t shed one tear over it. I don’t feel bad for myself. I just say, 'The facts are they want me to lose weight. How can I achieve that?''

Nader further explained her use of weight-loss injectables, noting, 'The facts are that when I started GLP-1, my career took off. I’m not saying it’s OK. I’m not saying it’s right. I think everybody is different—but I lost 30 pounds, and I booked all the jobs.' Her story underscores the pressures faced by models, where physical alterations can directly impact professional success, according to the Bustle interview cited in the E! report.

Actress Teri Hatcher, best known for her role in Desperate Housewives, offered a perspective on the importance of honesty in these discussions during an October episode of The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast. 'I have no judgment about how anybody feels good about themselves in their life,' Hatcher said. 'I don’t love when people aren’t truthful about it. I respect your privacy. But the only reason is when you’re famous and you lie, you’re sort of making the rest of us feel bad about ourselves. Because we look at you and we go, ‘I guess I’m not drinking enough water.’ And that is unfair.' Hatcher's comments reflect a sentiment echoed by many, emphasizing the ripple effects of celebrity disclosures on public self-image.

The E! Online article also highlighted other celebrities who have shared regrets or reversals related to their procedures. Julia Fox, the Uncut Gems actress, told Allure in August 2025 that she sometimes wishes she could undo her past surgeries, which include liposuction, a rhinoplasty, veneers, Botox, and fillers. 'When I see someone and I can tell they've never done anything,' Fox said, 'I wish I could go back and be that person. I was so hung up on this idea that I needed to be attractive to men so that I could survive.' Despite this, she admitted, 'I probably will [get more work done one day], but I'm just not as concerned with it right now.'

Reality TV star Kandi Burruss from The Real Housewives of Atlanta appeared on E!'s Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind in July 2025, where she reversed under-eye filler she had gotten at age 18. 'My skin is tighter,' Burruss noted. 'I feel more youthful, more beautiful, more confident than ever before.' Similarly, Larissa Lima from 90 Day Fiancé downsized her breast implants from 1,500 cc to 700 cc in a July 30, 2025 episode of the same series. 'This reversal has been one of the most liberating and healing decisions I’ve ever made,' Lima exclusively told E! News. 'It feels like I reclaimed a part of myself that I had put aside for the sake of an image, for expectations that weren’t truly mine.'

Businesswoman Barbara Corcoran of Shark Tank fame shared a comprehensive list of her procedures in a June 2025 Instagram post, including various plastic surgeries and cosmetic treatments. Meanwhile, Andy Cohen, host of Watch What Happens Live, revealed in March 2025 during the season 11 reunion of Married to Medicine that he had tried Botox for the first time. 'I just got it for the first time in my life,' Cohen said. 'About a month ago. They gave me a little.'

After years of denying cosmetic procedures, lifestyle expert Martha Stewart confessed in a February 2024 episode of her podcast that she gets Botox, fillers, and lasers to tighten her skin. 'I don't think a lot about age,' she explained, 'but I don't want to look my age.'

Other stars have been open about specific regrets or motivations. Jana Kramer from One Tree Hill discussed her Botox and breast implants on her Whine Down podcast in February 2024, saying, 'My biggest regret with my boobs is that I don't know if I solely did it for me. My biggest piece of advice is it has to be 100 percent for you.' Ariana Grande revealed in a September 2024 Vanity Fair video, 'I've had fillers in various places and Botox, but I stopped like, four years ago. And that is the extent.'

Kailyn Lowry of Teen Mom 2, a mother of seven, underwent a Brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck in 2016, followed by another tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast reduction in December 2024. In a subsequent Instagram post, she reflected, 'I pray that my kids never struggle with their body images enough to mutilate their bodies to be skinny. I think a little nip and tuck in terms of a nose job, or like a boob job is OK. But to go through this to be skinny is mental illness, truly.'

Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who was released from prison in December 2023 after serving seven years for her role in her mother's murder, had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty in April 2024. Chanel Ayan from The Real Housewives of Dubai documented her November 2023 facelift on social media, telling E! News, 'I wanted people to see how, when you come out, the scars and the cuts and what it really looks like. I literally looked like I'd been in a car crash and the car had won, but five days later you're presentable. Ten days later I was in a restaurant completely fine.'

Selena Gomez, the 'Who Says' singer, has admitted to occasional Botox use, while former Real Housewives star Teddi Mellencamp turned to CellSound's body sculpting in 2024, telling People, 'I have actual abs. I have lines on my stomach that I haven't had since before I got pregnant.' Ariana Madix from Vanderpump Rules confirmed in July 2024 various procedures including Botox and minimal lip filler. Jill Zarin shared in a June 2024 Instagram video that she had a lower facelift and fat transplant, noting, 'I'm bravely sharing that I had a lower facelift and a couple other minor tweaks.'

Janet Jackson revealed facial liposuction in March 2024, and Lily Allen discussed her breast augmentation post-breakup in March 2025 on her Miss Me? podcast. Tori Spelling has spoken about her nose job and breast implants, while Sharon Osbourne called her 2021 facelift 'the worst thing that I ever did' in December 2023. Lady Gaga admitted to past facial injections in a 2013 interview with Howard Stern, and Bethenny Frankel removed her breast implants in 2008.

These disclosures point to evolving attitudes toward plastic surgery, with celebrities increasingly viewing openness as a way to combat unrealistic expectations. As more stars share their stories, it may encourage broader discussions about body image and authenticity, potentially influencing fans and the industry alike. While some like Hatcher advocate for truthfulness to prevent undue pressure, others continue to navigate personal choices in the spotlight, suggesting this trend of transparency is likely to persist.
